I work primarily with men and masculine-aligned folks who are navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or major life transitions and want to build toward actual change — not just talk.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in helping you respond differently to stress rather than fighting yourself. We focus on building clarity, flexibility, and forward movement so you can act with intention instead of getting stuck in old patterns of control or avoidance.
I offer telehealth across Arkansas, in-person sessions in Fayetteville, and walk-talk therapy outdoors for those who think best when they move.
